An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager to join a high-performing legal team within a leading global enterprise. This role is critical in assisting the team following a significant acquisition, with responsibilities including contract review and ensuring compliance with the company's Global Contracts Policy. The successful candidate will be part of a small yet well-formed, friendly team, contributing to the growth and innovation of the business.
Responsibilities:Review and evaluate contracts to ensure compliance with the company's Global Contracts PolicyAssist with the integration of recently acquired entities including novation of customer agreements and other integration activitiesPartner with internal business units and manage priorities effectivelyWork closely with Legal and Integration teamsContribute to meeting the Legal team's Integration obligationsMinimal travel (Requirements:Degree in Law from relevant jurisdictionUp to 5 years' experience as a Contract Manager or similar roleSolid commercial experience in AustraliaExperience in the banking, financial, or credit services industry is an advantageStrong attention to detailAbility to self-motivate and understand complex legal issuesAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
