Conduct business assurance assessments within your area of expertise, adhering to current procedures. Lead multi-disciplinary and international assessment teams, ensuring timely completion and coordinated findings. Produce high-quality assessment and summary reports that comply with accreditation and internal standards. Promote products and services to clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying sales opportunities. Keep internal stakeholders informed of changes and issues, escalating as necessary. Collect client feedback and insights, leading improvement projects as needed. Maintain professional competence through continuous learning and development. Supervise and coach new assessors and auditors in training, aiding their professional growth. Participate in auditor meetings, developing materials and sharing expertise. Qualifications and Requirements: In-depth knowledge of management systems and business assurance practices. Qualified to assess multiple major standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Extensive experience in third-party auditing and complex project management. Understanding of client management principles and relevant legal frameworks. Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
