We are currently seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Coordinator with excellent organisational, time management skills and a personable disposition to keep a team thriving and wanting to excel. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to positively work as part of a collaborative team and roll with the punches, be flexible to handle anything that might come their way and display resilience during busy periods.Location:Eagle Farm, BrisbaneObjectives of this RoleSafety - 1 x safety hazard per month via safety app EHSSECTO Storage - Manage CTO storage costs carefully with a target of $0B959's - Manage security clearances, Dangerous Goods Declarations etc to avoid applying for B959'sExport bond check - Check against twice weekly bond check and follow up with any shipments that have not been shipped within 24 hoursDevelop and maintain effective relationships with internal/external clients/stakeholders.Ensure accurate invoicing, greater than 98%. Invoicing to be completed same day as cargo departure via Tango.Develop new processes in relation to "paperless processes" to ensure all objectives are met and address and communicate with origins failing to upload required documents into global platform ODM system.Drive good culture - Create a positive work environment to respect the culture we require.This role requires AOG (Aircraft On Ground) after hour and weekend rotational workSolve customer complaints in conjunction with operational departments.Provide timely quotes within a 4-hour KPI response time.Ensure all emails are responded to within a 4-hour KPI timeEnsure all export cargo has flown as booked.Other duties as directed.Experience and QualificationsGood positive can-do attitudeMinimum of 2 years' experience within Airfreight (Export or Import)Handling of meat, produce, dairy and horticultureIf you believe you meet the above mentioned criteria and would like to be considered for the role, please apply now or email Hannah Limond at ****** for more information.
