You'll collaborate with industry leaders on a variety of Mining Technology Solutions Projects for customers within the Hastings Deering territory, playing a crucial role in advancing sustainability within the mining industry.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will serve as a recognized Senior Project Specialist in the mining technology industry.
You will build your knowledge and be a valued advisor on how to implement the latest mining technologies to improve mining operations.
In addition, you will provide advice to customers on how to adapt their processes and manage change.
You will work with customers to help them realize full value from mining technology, thereby building customer loyalty.
You will be benchmarking operational performance to support continuous improvement and ensure the lowest total cost of ownership is delivered.

About You
A successful teammate will have experience in:
Minimum five (5) years experience in implementation/deployment/project management of operational technology solutions or similar within the Mining or Construction industry.
Extensive knowledge of mining processes and how technology can be applied to deliver higher productivity and safer operation.
Experience in facilitating the delivery of projects on time and to budget in the Mining or Construction industry.
Outstanding interpersonal skills – able to understand customer expectations, manage and deliver these within agreed timeframes.
Achieve reliable results by utilization of agreed methods and measures.
Previous experience providing project planning and scheduling; working with project management reporting tools and systems.
Supporting our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) assigned to Mine Automation & Technology projects.
Ensuring consistency and alignment of content with project's technical requirements.
This will include creating, interpreting, publishing, and consolidating high-quality technical documentation for client issues.
