About the Role As an Implementation Specialist with Prometheus Group, you can look forward to genuine career progression opportunities. You will be provided with training and support and will collaborate with the Development team to provide solutions to our domestic and global customers. It is expected that the Implementation Specialist will be able to liaise and communicate with customers in various locations and will work closely with the Delivery Manager.
The Implementation Specialist will take charge of understanding the ins and outs of configuring/documenting Prometheus products. They will work cross-department with development and professional services to provide direction and clarity regarding the newest features, how to configure the application, and what to expect to be available for future releases. This role is responsible for providing technical configuration understanding at a very granular level to the professional services team members responsible for implementing a customer system.
Responsibilities: Configuration and Implementation of our software solutions within required timeframes and budgets resulting in a high-quality outcome for the customer Debugging and resolving defects and investigating customer support issues Diagnosis and rectification of system failures Configure systems to help professional services achieve customer's goals Integration with existing software systems Documentation and report writing Work with customers and Prometheus staff to achieve successful delivery of outcomes, ensuring customer's needs are met Reporting to the Delivery Manager on trends and issues, escalating problems with both customers and staff members as required Provide insight and direction to professional services team members on implementation best practices About You We are seeking a candidate that embraces teamwork and collaboration. As this role focuses on working with various stakeholders and clients, extremely strong communication skills are a must. In addition, you will possess:
Bachelor's degree in tech with 3+ years of experience MS SQL Server, SQL scripting and query writing Knowledge of ERP systems – SAP/Oracle/Maximo Fluency in English is required. Why Prometheus Group?
