You should possess both functional and technical capabilities together with client-facing skills. In general, you will be expected to assist in performing project tasks such as:Working closely with project managers, customer success managers, and product specialists to gather business requirements, document, and implement solutions that meet customers' needs. Assist in the installation and upgrading of our software for clients.Configure or help configure our software to match the clients' needs.Participate in the Testing activities (unitary, integration, UAT).Provide technical training to clients' administrators.Utilize our tracking systems (issues, timesheet).Actively participate in enhancing our product suite and knowledge database (e.g., documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of 'how-to' entries, etc.).Work Styles:Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.Cooperation - Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.Analytical Thinking - Job requires analyzing information and using logic to address work-related issues and problems.Persistence - Job requires persistence in the face of obstacles.Qualifications:Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) required in engineering, computer science, or equivalent IT-related degree program.1-5 years' experience working in a technical role, ideally within a SaaS platform.Functional understanding of finance instruments within the banking or insurance industries.Relevant experience in 3rd party screening and monitoring solutions for Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Bribery & Corruption, and Exposed Person risk management.Knowledge of file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS applications, Cloud Services, API.Strong problem-solving skills.Client communication skills.Python coding knowledge is beneficial.Machine Learning or AI experience is beneficial.Moody's is an equal opportunity employer.
