The Role
The FP&A Analyst, Eighteen months fixed term contract will provide critical financial insights, business case support, finance modeling, and ensure alignment with both the project's and company's financial goals. This role supports a major transformational project focused on reshaping business processes and improving operational efficiency, while also covering key FP&A functions. The role reports to Finance Business Partner.

Principle Accountabilities
Lead TPM transformation project, collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align on revenue and financial goals. Develop and maintain financial models for the project and business operations. Support budgeting, planning, forecasting (BPF), and month-end revenue review. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to drive performance and process improvements. Provide ad-hoc business case support and communicate complex financial data to non-financial teams. Support model development in Anaplan and Power BI, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and risk management practices. Skills and Experience Required
3 years of management accountancy experience, with a tertiary qualification and CPA/CA accreditation. Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills. Strong proficiency in financial analysis and data interpretation. Expertise in financial software tools (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI, Excel). Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate financial concepts to stakeholders, with experience in budgeting, planning, and financial reporting. What We Offer
