OverviewSee yourself in our team: In the role of an Impairment Benefits Specialist you will be responsible for providing an empathetic, personalised and customer centric service to stakeholders impacted by work injuries. The role is responsible for the proactive management of lump sum benefits for customers and clients which includes investigating and identifying if an entitlement exists.
