About the roleThe Impact Evaluation People Manager will provide leadership, oversight, technical expertise and guidance to a team of evaluators to develop and sustain a high performance, engaged and positive culture within the unit. Responsibility for this team encompasses supporting the team to adopt a growth mindset in the giving and receiving of feedback.
