Position Summary The purpose of the role is to provide human resources support to all employees. This generalist HR role will be the backup role for the Human Resources Manager.

HR and Admin Manager
Finance – e.g., cross over in relation to remuneration and benefits, Workers compensation claims etc.
Health, Safety and Compliance – e.g., cross over in relation to H&S matters, employee compliance requirements
IT – e.g., cross over in relation to internal Appenate System, SharePoint, LMS and HRIS
External Relationships Fair Work Commission
National Associations e.g., Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI)
Lawyers
Knowledge and Experience Understanding of the Australian Workplace Relations environment and legislation Minimum of 2 years of experience in resolving employee relations Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-to-end employee cycle Preferred experience in L&D, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Competency Frameworks HR Coaching experience Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook Project Planning and organisation skills Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business High degree of confidentiality Influencing and negotiation skills Written and verbal communication skills General Physical Requirements Travel for work
