About the roles We are looking for experienced immigration professionals with strong knowledge of Australian immigration law.
Associate 2-3 PQE Legal Knowledge & Skills:
Must have recent and relevant experience in at least 3 of the following migration matters:Family Sponsored Skilled Migration Employment Sponsored Business & Investment Humanitarian Citizenship with good character / Ministerial discretion concerns Experience in Judicial Review preferred but not a prerequisite Must have experience in Merits Review Ideally have experience in handling various complex migration matters, such as but not limited to:Visa cancellations Schedule 4 Public Interest Criteria waivers Schedule 3 and its waivers Senior Associate 4-6 PQE Legal Knowledge & Skills:
Must have recent and relevant experience in at least 5 of the following migration matters:Family Sponsored Skilled Migration Employment Sponsored Business & Investment Humanitarian Citizenship Must have experience in Judicial Reviews and Merits Reviews Confident in handling various complex migration matters, such as but not limited to:Visa cancellations Schedule 4 Public Interest Criteria waivers Schedule 3 and its waivers We take a genuine interest in the personal and professional career development of all our employees.
