About the Roles

We are seeking experienced immigration professionals with a strong understanding of Australian immigration law to join our team. Both at Associate (2-3 PQE) level & Senior Associate (4-6 PQE).

Legal Knowledge & Skills: Recent and relevant experience in at least three of the following areas for Associate & five for Senior Associate:Family SponsoredSkilled MigrationEmployment SponsoredBusiness & InvestmentHumanitarianCitizenship, particularly with good character or ministerial discretion concerns.(Associate) Judicial Review experience is preferred but not essential although experience in Merits Review is required.(Senior Associate) Must be experienced in both Judicial Reviews and Merits Reviews.(Associate) Ideally, experience in complex migration cases, including but not limited to:(Senior Associate) Confident handling complex cases, such as:Visa cancellationsSchedule 4 Public Interest Criteria waiversSchedule 3 and its waiversBenefits and Perks
