About the role

Empower Solar Australia is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator and Receptionist to join our team in Canning Vale, Western Australia on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the day-to-day administrative duties of our busy office.
What you'll be doing Greeting and assisting customers and clients in a friendly and professional mannerAnswering and directing incoming phone callsMaintaining an organised filing system both electronically and physicallyProviding general administrative support to the wider teamOrdering and managing office suppliesCoordinating meetings and booking appointmentsProviding support for various projects and events as needed What we're looking for Proven experience in a similar office administration or receptionist roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesProficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other office technologiesA positive, friendly and professional attitudeThe ability to work well independently and as part of a teamA keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task effectively What we offer
