– Being part of the IB Client Onboarding team built out in UBS Shanghai SDL – supporting the APAC Investment Banking business.
– You would be joining a dynamic yet challenging environment in view of ensuring the completeness of Documentations from Counterparties to satisfy the various regulatory requirement before we establishes the trading relationship with the Client.
– You would be identified as one of the Member within the team whom would be handling Onboarding request and ensuring that the completion of cases are done meeting the criteria:

UBS RecruitingYour team You will be joined by a function of approximate 30 people whom will be based in Shanghai SDL whom we would also be working closely with multiple stakeholders located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, ASEAN countries and cross boarder APAC region.Your expertise You have:
– Proven experience in client service (ideally in banking or compliance). Highly proactive and diligent in follow up and follow through. Client focused, organized at bundling of requests and sensible on turnaround time.
– Broad understanding of KYC/AML and have a general sense of risk awareness.
