We are proud of the incredible work our employees do providing support, giving hope, and providing opportunities for a better life.We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting an IDN Intelligence Manager.As the Intelligence Manager, you will lead a 24/7 intelligence team, ensuring the timely collection, analysis, and reporting of intelligence to support the safety and security of detainees, staff, and stakeholders.
You'll provide predictive analysis and situational insights to inform strategic decisions, evaluate events for lessons learned, and generate intelligence assessments that contribute to proactive security measures.
In addition to overseeing the development of intelligence bulletins and threat assessments, you will promote an inclusive and positive work environment and drive continuous improvement through KPIs, training programs, and compliance with industry standards.In your new role, you will:Lead the intelligence team in delivering high-quality intelligence products, including situational reports, intelligence bulletins, and threat assessments.Ensure compliance with legislative and organisational policies while promoting a secure and respectful environment.Provide strategic guidance to your team, motivating and engaging them to foster an open and inclusive workplace.Meet KPI targets and collaborate with stakeholders to support Department of Home Affairs initiatives, including training and professional development.Drive effective risk management practices and oversee budget performance in alignment with contract requirements.Monitor departmental performance and compliance, ensuring timely response to issues and supporting quality improvement initiatives.Provide intelligence insights to corporate leadership, supporting strategic initiatives.Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to align intelligence processes with broader business objectives.ABOUT YOUYou are a strategic and proactive leader with a background in intelligence management and a commitment to safety and integrity.
