Contractors holding Negative Vetting – Level 1 must be willing to undertake Negative Vetting – Level 2 clearance vetting if required.This RFQTS is for one Key Person to be employed for the duration of the contract. Shared services or multiple contractor proposals to fulfil the deliverables of this RFQTS will not be considered.An arrangement where the contracted Key Person requires direct support from their parent company to achieve the deliverables is not suitable to meet the required deliverables of this contractA three (3) month period of probation is imposed as a condition of engagement for all new contracted Key Person.It is essential that Security Analysts have the following experience and qualifications to undertake this task:a) Understanding and experience with Australian Government certification and accreditation processes.b) Understanding of Department of Defence applicable information security policy, including the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), Information Security Manual (ISM) and Defence Security Policy Framework (DSPF).c) Knowledge of ICT Information Security or ICT Security Architecture.d) Knowledge of service delivery frameworks, including ITIL.It is highly desirable that Security Analysts have the following experience and qualifications to undertake this task:a) Hold relevant industry information systems security certifications, in line with IRAP category A or B detailsb) Understanding of Defence Project capability LifecycleThe Key Persons will report directly to SO2 LCS Assurance in order to achieve the required deliverables.#J-18808-Ljbffr
