Identity & Access Management Specialist

About the role Seeking Identity & Access Management Specialist for our key government client. This role supports, operates, integrates and provides expert consultancy services for the specialty area of Identity and Access Management (IdAM).Responsibilities Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of all aspects of the IdAM system, including its technical components, connected systems, integration methods, authoritative identity stores, IdAM repositories, and the associated attribute flows.Maintain and update IdAM documentation and knowledge base content to support the management and resolution of IdAM-related issues.Collaborate with interconnected business functions to address and enhance data quality issues that adversely affect IdAM outcomes. Additionally, work with the owners of connected directories, systems, and other ICT services to ensure that current and future data integration mechanisms are optimized.Offer expert knowledge and guidance on process integration and redesign, including the impact on interdependent business functions.Skills and experience Extensive hands-on IT experience in implementing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise identity and access management solutions in large, complex environments, including expertise in identity federation protocols.Proven expertise in modern identity management patterns for delivering solutions across internal, partner, and customer-facing applications.In-depth technical knowledge of enterprise-level identity management and security platforms, including Microsoft Identity Management, Active Directory, and a strong understanding of common identity connectors using APIs, LDAP, Azure Active Directory (AAD), Azure B2C, B2B, as well as custom-built connectors and integrations.For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Alan Kocjman - 07 3291 5401 quoting reference #263392.
