About the roleWe're seeking an Identity Access Management Specialist to plan and implement identity and access management configurations and processes within our Cyber team. You'll join an innovative team dedicated to ensuring the security and integrity of our corporate and motorway systems through advanced identity and access management solutions. As our Identity Access Management Specialist, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities by implementing robust access controls and identity governance across Transurban's enterprise. It's meaningful, challenging, and exciting work that directly impacts the security of our critical infrastructure.
Day-to-day, you will: Design and develop interface specifications and detailed design documents for Transurban IAM standards Implement and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity and Access Management products, integrating them with ITSM and ERP systems Design and implement IDAM capabilities in line with Zero Trust principles Define and deliver Access Control policies, processes, and standards to control access to systems and applications Support Service Requests, Incident, Problem, and Change functions related to IAM systems Develop, define, and manage application integration into the IAM environment Implement access controls using streamlined automated processes Develop reporting dashboards for monitoring the health of IDAM systems and anomalies in IDAM controls This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including: Expertise in implementing Identity Access Management, Governance, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools Experience in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Federation capabilities Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize complex use cases Understanding of enterprise architectures including networks, protocols, messaging systems, databases, and security infrastructure Experience with programming languages and scripting Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences Self-motivated with good organizational and stakeholder management skills Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent full-time industry experience If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
