Together we can do more. The Illawarra Drug and Alcohol Service Manager Counselling Services is responsible for ensuring staff adhere to best practice principles in the provision of drug and alcohol services to the community and the minimisation of drug-related harm.
Primary responsibilities include: Appropriate management and coordination of staff.Coordination of client care.Review of clinical practice.Operational management of service processes.The Manager works closely and collaboratively and reports to the Manager of Allied Health Services to ensure appropriate leadership in clinical, financial, and human resource management.
