We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team at Mutual Marketplace.
In this Part time OR Full time role (you decide), you will be responsible for the comprehensive management and maintenance of our IT systems, including Technology One, Coupa Expense Management, and PowerBI. You will also coordinate with our external IT service provider to ensure the seamless operation of our Microsoft systems.
This position is crucial in providing technical support and training to our customers and internal teams, particularly the Finance team, to facilitate efficient invoice processing and credit card and cash reimbursement tasks (full training will be provided).

Bi- Annual conference…and more. As a System Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our IT infrastructure by implementing process improvements and optimizing software utilization. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including team members, customers, and suppliers, to resolve technical issues and develop innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our shared services, aligning with our mission to simplify business processes for the mutual banking sector.
Key Responsibilities: Manage user accounts and security settings across Technology One, Coupa Expense Management, and Microsoft systems. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance software functionality and streamline operations. Support the IT team in vendor management activities, ensuring optimal service delivery. Assist the Finance team with tasks related to invoice processing, credit card transactions, and cash reimbursements. Provide exceptional customer service to internal team members, customers, and suppliers, addressing technical inquiries and issues promptly. Conduct training sessions to educate team members and customers on system functionalities and best practices. Undertake additional support and project work as required, contributing to the overall success of the IT and Finance teams. Key Accountabilities: Collaboration: Work as part of the IT, Project and Finance team to continuously review and enhance finance systems, ensuring the successful implementation of new technologies. Work closely with customers and suppliers to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal staff, customers, and suppliers, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment. Governance and Monitoring: Assist the IT team in meeting governance and audit objectives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Due Diligence and Risk Reporting: Support the IT team in conducting due diligence and risk reporting activities, contributing to the organization's risk management framework.Core Competencies: Demonstrate a proactive approach to driving the efficiency of finance systems through effective system management and administration. Maintain a customer-centric focus, building and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Exhibit a strong commitment to quality, regulatory compliance, and accuracy in all work outputs. Possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective communication. Be a proactive team player with a strong customer service orientation. Show a willingness to share knowledge and assist team members in developing their system skills. Be recognized as a trusted and reliable peer within the organization. IT Applications: Proficient in Microsoft products, including SharePoint and PowerBI. Experience with TechnologyOne is highly desirable. ABOUT US?
