As an AO4 ICT Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the department's IT needs and contributing to the success of their organisation.
The Position: As the AO4 ICT Support Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities.
Some of your key, day to day activities will include: Contribute to the setup and optimisation of the bulk purchase of new laptops.
Take a hands-on approach to meet the specific requirements of the office environment.
Provide general help desk assistance, troubleshooting Microsoft windows, outlook, and Adobe.
Support onboarding and offboarding tasks, including setting up mailboxes, directories, and monitoring the Jira Helpdesk system.
Help to move and setup the equipment for new employees.
Preferred Requirements: Blue Card Required Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to handle the physical aspects of the role, ensuring efficient setup and support for IT equipment.
Experience in the public sector would be advantageous.
