The RoleForce Design Division is seeking skilled, enthusiastic, purpose-driven leaders to contribute to the Department of Defence's key policy and national security functions to protect and further Australia's national interests.
The primary role of the ICT Service Manager is to support the Portfolio Performance Measurement Directorate with the enhancement and sustainment of the CapabilityOne (C1) System. C1 is an Information Communication Technology (ICT) system that manages information related to the One Defence Capability System and the Defence Integrated Investment Program.
You will build relationships with stakeholders to resolve problems, drive improvements and enhance processes. You will assist to identify reporting and dashboard requirements for the system support team and hold user forums to communicate technology services and updates. You will manage C1 system training deliverables including review of marketing materials, strategies and plans.

We directly provide decision support to the Vice Chief of the Defence Force in his role as Chair of the Investment Committee by providing independent analysis and advice on the Defence investment portfolio.
