About the role
Main Roads is seeking a customer-focused and adaptable leader to join our Information Management Branch. In this role, you will lead a talented team dedicated to delivering exceptional ICT services across the organisation.
You will leverage your experience and expertise to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and governance frameworks. Additionally, you will manage the ICT Services Contract, providing expert advice and innovative solutions to enhance our ICT services.
Your technical proficiency and strategic thinking will align ICT services with our business goals. Your skills in empathy, conflict resolution, and resilience will be essential for maintaining positive relationships and effectively managing a high-pressure environment. You will foster a collaborative and inclusive team atmosphere while also demonstrating decisiveness in making informed and timely decisions. Your commitment to continuous improvement and attention to detail will ensure high standards and ongoing development in service delivery.

To be successful you will possess:
Demonstratable experience managing the delivery of ICT services in a large and complex multi-disciplinary organisation. Strong background of the ITIL governance framework, with well-developed vendor management expertise, in order to achieve high quality, predictable and pro-active service delivery across Main Roads. Experience leading teams and managing resources. Strong problem solving and strategic thinking abilities with a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and enhance internal and external relationships.
