As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, team members and business leads to help deliver major organisational ICT projects efficiently.
You will manage the administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation, invoice, time and resource management and communication support. About this Opportunity You will collaborate closely with our vendor partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful project implementation. Keep the project on track and within budget, while also managing any changes that may arise.
Some of your Key Duties Assist the project manager in the development of project documents Execute project management administrative and bookkeeping tasks Help project managers monitor project progress and team performance Assist with gathering, validating and documenting business requirements Meeting with stakeholders to assess their needs and define project requirements Skills, licences & experience required for the position 'Hands on' approach and willingness to help others Management of contractual aspects of the project along with commercial acumen Be accessible and approachable by having a visible presence within the business Attention to detail Effective communication, negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills Strong sense of issue ownership and responsibility Computing Software required and qualifications Microsoft Project PRINCE2 or PMBOK Certification Microsoft Visio Bachelor of Science, Computer Science or equivalent Experience with Logistics systems would be beneficial Culture & Values at Sadleirs Sadleirs is a diverse and historic family-owned business specialising in Logistics, Global Freight and Packaging.
