About the Opportunity Council is seeking an experienced ICT Support Officer to provide efficient and effective administrative assistance across the ICT Department.
This position is based in Dalby, and is fixed term until 31 December 2025.
This position is full time, however flexible working hours can be discussed with preferred candidate.
Reporting to the ICT Operations Coordinator, you will: Undertake procurement activities on behalf of the ICT department; Design, implement and maintain effective administrative processes; Assist in the development of the ICT Governance Committee meeting documentation and take meeting minutes; Pro-actively follow up on various tasks actioned to you by the ICT Manager, Program Manager and ICT Operations Coordinator; Management of ICT contractors budget including tracking and requesting journals.
About yourself The successful applicant will have: High level of written and oral communication skills, including the ability to gain co-operation and assistance from clients and other employees and to communicate and present to a variety of stakeholders to all levels; An ability to manage change in a corporate environment; Ability to be proactive and respond in a timely manner to all requests; Outstanding problem-solving skills, including ability to handle complex problems; The ability to liaise, influence, challenge effectively and build relationships at all levels.

Leave Loading You will receive 17.5% leave loading on top of your base rate of pay, while you are on Annual Leave.
