It has a workforce of over 830, plus 120 volunteers. More than 50% of Good Sammy's employees live with disability. Good Sammy is the largest social enterprise in Western Australia, currently operating 28 Op Shops across WA; a retail e-commerce business; 5 Containers for Change depots and a collection business; a property care enterprise; a hospitality enterprise; warehouse and logistics operations; a training Academy; as well as being a provider of NDIS employment support. Good Sammy welcomes more than 1 million customers through its retail stores per year, provides services to over 800 corporate businesses, and with a focus on the Circular Economy diverts 6 million kg of textiles from landfill per year. This Role: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the ICT Manager will lead Good Sammy's ICT function, playing a crucial role in developing a Digital Strategy, formulating the optimal IT Operating Model, advancing internal capabilities, improving system integration, and strengthening cybersecurity. The ICT Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing ICT policies that ensure alignment with the organisation's strategic goals and regulatory requirements. The role encompasses developing long-term technology roadmaps, improving the cybersecurity posture of the organisation, overseeing cloud migration, and ensuring that all IT services contribute to the overall mission. Additionally, the ICT Manager will work closely with leadership to raise awareness of information management best practices and ensure secure, efficient handling of data across the organization. About You: You will be an energetic, collaborative, solution-focused ICT professional with proven leadership experience in managing and developing ICT teams and ICT infrastructure, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes. We also seek someone with a strong track record in ICT policy development, cloud migration and deployment, cybersecurity, and information management. You will have demonstrated success in managing vendors and external service providers to ensure quality service delivery. Relevant tertiary qualifications with additional certifications in ICT operations, security, or project management are anticipated.
