About the Role The Infrastructure Technician will be a valued member of the IT team and will be required to support our Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure operations along with improvements and projects implementation with onsite and remote support across Albury Wodonga Health.
The role is part of the Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) IT Team and will be involved in ICT technical support for AWH. The role allows for regular updating and management of the overall AWH ICT infrastructure and applications, and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are completed and fully documented.
We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Degree or Certificate IV in Information Technology or related field, or currently studying to obtain any of these certifications. Industry certification of ITIL, and related technical certifications relevant to role e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft and other vendor certifications. 3+ years experience in similar role in IT / ICT industry, particularly across networking and infrastructure technology, data, digital processes and security. Demonstrated proficiency supporting enterprise network infrastructure, workstations, servers and applications. Employment Type: This is a fulltime, fixed term opportunity.
