Full timeSalary package: $150k p.a + 15.4% superLocation: Must be in CanberraCandidate must be an Australian citizenThe RoleAs the ICT Director, you will have extensive experience building and managing an organisation's ICT function at an enterprise level. You will be expected to have a solid understanding of and experience with managing and using the MS365 platform and be able to provide expert ICT support, guidance, and assistance to our staff to help resolve business and technical issues.Main Duties:To achieve the purpose of this role you would typically be expected to:Work collaboratively with all levels of staff, technical resources, and external vendors/service suppliers to complete project deliverables.Manage, train and mentor IT team member/s.Lead the implementation and adoption of the Microsoft 365 suite services in a systematic and project-driven manner.Be the bridge between the business and technical worlds and be the point of contact for ICT related issues and liaise with our external service desk team to resolve incidents.Contribute to promoting a team approach and develop sound working relationships with business owners/teams within the organisation.Develop and implement M365-based technical solutions utilising "out-of-the-box" solutions and native functionality.Provide onsite and remote ICT support and M365 training/support/guidance as required.Experience:To successfully achieve the purpose and outcomes for this position, you will ideally need to have:A strong blend of people, business, and technical skills.Demonstrated experience in planning, developing, and implementing Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Teams Calling and One Drive; relevant tertiary experience and/or certifications would be highly regarded.An excellent understanding of and experience with MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.A strong understanding of Microsoft Licensing and inclusions.Strong service provider/contract management skills and experience.Ability to define, scope and manage a variety of ICT projects.The ability to effectively manage several competing priorities simultaneously and carry out non-routine tasks as required.Experience managing or an understanding of/ability to learn continuous maintenance of Microsoft 365 related systems.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow), PowerApps & Power BI and process automation within M365.How to apply:Please hit the apply button or for more information contact Anne from Randstad Digital on 02 6243 6404.
