$140,000 – $160,000 base + super per year
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Delivery Manager (DM) to join our prestigious client's dynamic team. The DM will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of a Fixed Price Program for a major Utilities Customer in Perth, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The DM will work closely with the onsite and offshore development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Also, the DM serves as a coach and mentor to the team, helping foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently. 
This position requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, and a deep understanding of software development processes along with the Agile/Scrum framework.  Responsibilities  Project Management 
Ensuring On-Time, On-Cost delivery of the project. Managing the client expectations - Stakeholder, Sponsor, Steering Committee Expectations and Relationship Management with customer Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress. Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions. Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders. Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time. Ability to work with Customer on scope screep and ensure change management processes are followed wherever necessary. Periodic Catch-up/status meeting with customer Tracking of cost, Effort, Schedule and Risks Ensure periodic design reviews to enforce reusability, framework centric designs and adopting lessons learnt from the Customer engagement across the organisation.  Team Management 
Manage and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and productivity. Coordinating with PMO regarding resource additions and releases. Account Management 
Work with the Regional Head to grow the account in terms of revenue and people. Ensure we are adding value to the account by suggesting improvements, thought leadership, and guiding them on recent technologies and initiatives that will help them achieve their goals. Overall 12+ years of experience in the software industry. 5+ years' experience in Project Management implementing large BPM programs (AUD $1.5 mil+) using Appian/Pega/IBM BPM or other Low Code platforms. Knowledge of implementing projects using low code platforms will be ideal Excellent in Communication, Team Management, Risk Management and Leadership skills. PMP, Prince 2, Scaled Agile Certification and/or other project management certifications would be ideal. Experience working in Utility sector will be highly regarded Working arrangement : Willing to be working out of Customer premises based in Bentley near Perth. Flexible arrangements can be negotiated post probation period.
