ICT Customer Support Officer Permanent, Full-time positionWork hours: 38 hours per weekSalary $73,150 to $80,000 per year plus superannuationCasphone is looking for a qualified ICT Customer Support Officer to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, English speaking, articulate person to fill the role.
Job Duties: Determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problemsResponding to inquiries about software and hardware problemsAdapting existing programs to meet users' requirementsInstalling and downloading appropriate softwareEnsuring efficient use of applications and equipmentImplementing computer networksDesigning and maintaining websitesRepairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, and modemsMay work in a call centreSkills and Experience Required: Proven experience in a similar ICT customer support roleStrong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsMinimum of 2 years' work experience as an ICT Customer Support Officer or similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical usersExperience with ICT systems, including hardware, software, and networking technologiesCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality serviceIf this sounds like your next career move, please apply along with your resume and a brief covering letter highlighting why you would be suitable for this position.
