About the role
The ICT Business Readiness Analyst is responsible for coordinating and delivering people change initiatives and processes within the ICT Transformation, Applications and Platforms team, supporting the internal TAFE SA business units through transformational change in processes and technology. The role works closely with impacted business units and users, and tailors engagement and communications to the intended audience for both BAU and Project change. The ICT Business Readiness Analyst coordinates, and provides expert advice on, change management processes, training and communication activities and maintains a strong focus on consistent and quality communications from the ICT portfolio and the communication of benefits of ICT's work to the wider TAFE SA.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
