Overview of Position: We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team. As an ICT Business Analyst, you will contribute to the development and implementation of a range of ICT solutions for systems and processes associated with our business operation and franchise store management, ensuring the business needs and objectives are achieved through the implementation of various technical solutions which improve operational efficiency. The role will involve closely working with the management and stakeholders to develop and implement technical solutions that drive business value including developing apps for users to remotely order, developing/improving systems for purchasing goods, customer management, financial management, franchise management, inventory management, event applications, membership management and improving the company's homepage, and enhancing PoS usability.
Key Tasks:
Analyzing and evaluating the technological needs and processes associated with the company's business operation, ensuring they are in line with the business goals and ICT strategies.
Identifying opportunities for ICT technology-enabled solutions that align with the business objectives.
Gathering requirements from stakeholders and documenting them using standard templates (e.g., BRDs, FRDs).
Designing and recommending ICT solutions that meet business needs including process improvements and system enhancements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external developers to develop and implement ICT technology-enabled changes.
Conducting and managing testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solution quality.
Developing and maintaining documentation of business processes, system configurations, and functional specifications.
Providing training and support to end-users on new technologies and processes.
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology-enabled changes.
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
Qualifications of Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar discipline or business with at least 7 years relevant experience.
At least 7 years of professional experience in business analysis within an ICT environment.
Proven experience working as an ICT business analyst or related role.
Proven experience of delivering successful technology-enabled projects.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of technical systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to cooperate with the management and other team members.
Experience with business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual (Korean/English) is a plus.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably in a retail environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
