We are currently seeking an ICT Business Analyst who can provide system optimization and technological solutions for 3D simulation to enhance customer experience and drive the company's continued growth.
Responsibilities of the role include: Engage with stakeholders to collect detailed business requirements.
Participate in the development of data models, process diagrams, and wireframes.
Provide technological solutions that meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Act as a liaison between IT and other departments to facilitate clear and effective communication.
Develop training manuals and user documentation to support the implementation of new systems, technologies, or procedures.
To be competent in this role, you must have: Diploma's qualification (or higher) Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar fields Competent in business analysis tools Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
