Your duties would include:
Respond to all allocated after sales calls with a professional, pleasant, outgoing manner, mindful at all times of the importance of our customerEnsure our products are installed and operate within the design specifications and relevant standardsEvaluate and rectify the appliance problem efficiently and accurately and/or install and commission an appliance in accordance with the quotationMaintain knowledge and attend Rheem training across the full product range including Rheem, Vulcan, Raypak, Edwards, and SolahartAct in a manner conducive to good health and safety of him or her and the general publicAbout you We are looking for someone who is committed, motivated, energetic, and reliable.
You will also have:
