About the opportunity
Due to our progressive expansion, we have an opportunity for a Perth-based HR Administrator to join our company and assist in the success of our ongoing projects to ensure employees a smooth transition to site.
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
Assisting with the maintenance of processes for all elements of the employee lifecycle, including attraction, onboarding, training, development, retention, and separation, Providing administration support to the HR team and training team, Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities including reference checks, booking training, and ordering PPE, Assist with the continuous improvement of all HR Policies, Standards, Procedures and Forms, Assist with general HR, training and payroll queries, Preparing templated contracts, system data entry, employer communication, Familiarity with training administration would be highly advantageous. About you
Effective communication with diverse stakeholders and the ability to manage their expectations. Strong task prioritisation and deadline management skills, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including, Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, Ability to communicate, be proactive, and work in a team.
