Icebergs Dining Room And Bar | Overnight Prep Chef

We are looking for an overnight prep chef for our 2 hat venue.
This role offers you:
Access to pool and sauna. Great for breaks on a hot day. Unique opportunities to learn about Australian produce/suppliers. Expanding restaurant group with lots of room for growth and promotion. You must have the following attributes:
Suitable qualifications and have had at least 2/3 years post apprenticeship experience, references will be contacted; Can work independently; Be efficient; Have a valid visa or working rights; Strong dedication to your craft; Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and can work as part of a team; Able to troubleshoot and adapt; Monitoring equipment to ensure quality of production; Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards; Job Type: Casual
Pay: Up to $29.00 per hour
Shift: 8 hour shift
Work Days: Monday to Friday
