What you'll do As an i-Channel Account Manager, you will support the Partner Team in ANZ to drive significant partner-sourced revenue. The role will involve supporting the Salesforce Partner Account Manager in engaging with Salesforce sellers and partners to drive opportunities, focusing on the commercial business segment (70%). You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling commercial-focused Salesforce partners to co-sell and implement Docusign solutions. The role will also be responsible for maintaining resell fulfilment transactions and supporting the partner team in building strategic partnerships (30%). Experience with Salesforce, partners, and channel resellers as well as excellent time management and teamwork skills are required.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships, ANZ.
Responsibilities Support Salesforce PAM in engaging Salesforce sellers to drive source and co-sell opportunities from Salesforce in the commercial segmentIdentify, recruit, enable and build joint GTM programs with Salesforce partners with a commercial focus to drive source and co-sell opportunitiesSupport resells fulfilment transactionsSupport partner team in building emerging strategic partnershipsWork with the Renewals team to drive upsell opportunitiesAd Hoc responsibilities as directed by the manager Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
