This role offers flexibility, stability, and long-term job security for the successful applicant.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDuties will include but are not limited to:Manage, coach, and motivate the field and administration team by providing leadership and expert knowledge.Oversee customer service quality, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure the timely resolution of issues.Provide technical phone support for field staff as required.Ensure that all work is completed according to company standards and industry regulations.Support the Service Supervisor and assist in the day-to-day operational running of the Service Department.About YouAs our new HVAC&R Service Manager, you will have the experience to manage a service department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
