Our client is instantly recognisable as a Tier 1, National HVAC Construction Contractor who are BOOMING in Australia. Due to unprecedented growth across WA they are currently seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager to join their team for Perth Metro projects.

THE ROLE

Working autonomously as part of a greater team, you'll report to the General Manager and be responsible for;
Delivering HVAC Construction projects for large Tier 1 builders including John Holland, CPB etcManage HVAC Construction Projects end to end inc; Stadiums, Hospitals, Shopping Centres etcWorking on Perth's most Iconic HVAC Construction Projects ranging from $20m - $40m (Experience in projects at this value is highly regarded)Driving meaningful relationships with key stakeholders at every stage of the project delivery lifecycleManage project costs including cash flow, budget approvals and invoicingABOUT YOU Must have HVAC Project Manager experience 5+ years Qualified Mechanical / HVAC / Air Engineer Or have extensive experience in HVAC ProjectsExp managing projects valued $10m+Experience delivering projects across; Commercial ConstructionIf you fit the above criteria and you're interested to explore this opportunity further click APPLY NOW, this position will not last long!
