Reporting to the National Applied Manager, your focus will be on fostering customer loyalty, identifying new growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional service to our clients across various sectors.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Develop and execute strategic sales call plans and deliver exceptional customer service to a range of clients, including consultants, architects, developers, and contractors.Sales Growth: Increase revenue and market share by identifying opportunities, managing accounts, and building partnerships.Market Expansion: Drive new business by analysing market trends, attending industry events, and creating strategic plans to acquire new distribution points.Product Expertise: Stay updated on HVAC&R industry standards and company products to effectively train and support customers.Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights using CRM systems.Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer needs.What We're Looking For:Qualifications:Essential: High School Certificate, current drivers licence.Desirable: Tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or trade qualifications in refrigeration and/or air conditioning.Experience:Minimum 2 years in a sales, account management, or business development role within consumer electronics, home building, HVAC&R, or related industries.
Experience in HVAC&R system design and a strong understanding of applied products is highly desirable.Skills:Excellent time management, communication, and organisational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to present training sessions and build long-term customer relationships.
