We are currently working with one of the country's leading HVAC Contractors who have a wealth of experience in delivering some of the most iconic projects in Sydney.
A new opportunity has emerged within their drafting department for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join the team.
Position Details Location: Sydney
Salary: $120k-$140k
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HVAC Contractor Space
The Role The position will see you take the reins on one of the group's major projects as a BIM Coordinator.
You will report into the National BIM Manager, supported by an experienced team of in-house drafters as well as utilising the support of outsourced subcontractors that the organisation have worked with for a number of years.
The position will also involve some hands-on modelling so you must have prior experience producing workshop drawings.
What We're Looking For: Proven Expertise: At least 5 years of extensive experience in the HVAC contractor space, with a strong track record of success. Sector Experience: Demonstrable experience working on projects within Data Centres, Mission Critical environments, Healthcare facilities, or large wet-concrete commercial sectors. Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead BIM coordination, manage teams, and ensure seamless integration across multidisciplinary projects.
