Location: Flexible - Australian capital cities Ongoing Full-Time Role Salary circa $137k p.a.
The Role ABC Product and Technology Division has an outstanding opportunity for a leader to join and lead the Video Engineering team.
You will lead the ongoing lifecycle management of the ABC's national content production technology from inception to retirement.The role will include: Leading and coordinating a team of technical engineers.
Contributing to the prioritisation of strategies investment decisions and their implementation within time and budget constraints.
Providing leadership over resolution of complex incident reports, support and resolution.

Demonstrated outstanding leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and coach high performing teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
Significant strategic relationship management and negotiation skills.

About ABC Product & Technology: The Product & Technology (P&T) division is responsible for delivering the technology and services that enable the ABC to fulfil its creative, strategic and business goals.
