As the Legal and Governance Administrator for the Office of General Counsel, you will be the linchpin of our operations, providing high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient delivery of our legal services. In this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for the Office of General Counsel, managing inquiries and referrals with professionalism and discretion Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, email correspondence, and document preparation Manage and maintain critical information systems and registers Mandatory Requirements Skills & Experience
We're seeking a candidate with:
Proven experience in high-level administrative support, preferably in a legal or government environment Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and information management systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's on offer
