This is an exciting role in which you will work with different clients each day, providing you with a continued level of technical training that is second to none.
You will be working directly with Australian businesses of all shapes, sizes, and industries across complex employment relations matters. You will, at times, be the single point of contact for the client ensuring consistency of service and technical advice.
What do you need? A minimum of 2+ years working experience in employment relations. Experience dealing with a wide variety of employment relation issues such as terminations, redundancies, and award entitlements. Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
