Selection criteria Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience Demonstrated knowledge of statutory requirements relevant to Human Resource Management Demonstrated knowledge and skills in interpreting and communicating IR and HR principles, policies, and procedures to work practices. Demonstrated ability to work under general direction to achieve high quality results by taking shared responsibility for setting priorities, organising workloads, and meeting prescribed or self-imposed deadlines in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in the use of Microsoft and database programs Knowledge of My Recruitment Plus database Understanding of Payroll processing requirements Additional requirements Current NSW Drivers licence.
