Human Resources Officer

Highgrade Personnel is currently seeking a Human Resources Officer to join the HR team at our client's gold operation located in Kalgoorlie.
This residential opportunity is offered on a 5:2, 4:3 roster, working 10-hour days.
No FIFO is offered for this role.

Key responsibilities include: Assisting the holistic site HR team and stakeholders.Monitor the HR inbox with attention to detail, prioritising and responding/forwarding where needed.Provide administration support, reporting, monitoring, customer service and communication.Manage HR systems and support stakeholders with troubleshooting.Process invoices and other payments relating to the activities of the Human Resources function – using Pronto.Run reports, data entry and record keeping to a high standard.Requirements: One year experience in a HR Administration role would be ideal; however, a solid administration background will be considered.Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Clear communication skills both verbal and written essential, as well as being able to communicate with all levels of the organisation.Always uphold the highest of confidentiality.Experience within the mining sector is a plus.National Police Clearance (less than 12 months old).Western Australian C Class Manual Driver's Licence.Willing to undergo a full medical and drug/alcohol testing specific to client's requirements.Opportunity to transfer to the client after a short probation period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
