Area of employment Human resources Country Australia Entry level Professionals Type of contract full time The Opportunity:Liebherr-Australia is seeking a passionate and energetic individual HR enthusiast to join our national team on an 18 month fixed term maternity leave coverage assignment. There may be an ongoing opportunity for the right person. You will be committed to providing effective back-end HR support services and contributing to a networked HR team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing business. Ideally this role will suit a competent administrator, with experience in HR and People Management systems, aspiring to expand their HR skills and advance their career, involving in a broad range of Human Resources and Employee Relations support activities.
Responsibilities include:Support end to end recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and pre-employment checksSupport onboarding process for new employeesProvide low risk advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and procedureAssist HR Business Partners with employee relations issuesProduce and maintain HR related documents and reportsWork with the broader team and contribute to the development and implementation HR initiatives, policies and practicesSkills and qualifications:Experience in a HR Admin/Officer or equivalent roleDiploma or equivalent in Human Resources preferredExperience with end-to-end recruitment processInitiative and self-drive with problem solving skillsApproachable and collaborative team playerHigh level customer service skillsPassion for learning new things with high attention to detail and capacity to multitaskWhy you should join Liebherr's family?
