Description   About the role We're seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our dynamic HR team.
This role involves supporting HR projects, initiatives, and processes while working collaboratively with the business.
Key Responsibilities: Manage employment contracts, onboarding, and HR helpdesk inquiries.
Contribute to a supportive and high-performing team environment.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of human resources processes and initiatives such as reward & recognition, years of service, performance management and remuneration reviews Conduct monthly compliance audit on employees under all regulatory frameworks e.g.
Responsible persons, Authorised reps, Blue cards.
You will have an opportunity to grow into the role and take on more HR advisory responsibilities.
About you You will be organised and process-driven individual with a problem-solving mindset.
You will be a strong communicator who thrives in an autonomous and fast paced environment working alongside a team who supports personal and professional growth.
Superior written and verbal communication skills with exposure to working with senior stakeholders.
Ability to maintain a strong degree of confidentiality.
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise.
Attention to detail and the ability to strongly contribute to team outcomes.
Demonstrated understanding of the regulatory frameworks for HR would be desirable.
