As a HR Manager , you will play a pivotal role managing the site HR team. This position has great breadth and impact and is responsible for all HR functions including:
Work Health & Safety Talent Acquisition Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Discipline and Performance Management Training Industrial Relations HR Statistics and Reporting Payroll From optimising people production processes to ensuring quality standards are met, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a product you can genuinely be proud of.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence. You should have:
Solid HR experience in a manufacturing/processing environment Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline Post Graduate Qualifications in HR/IR will be well regarded Good knowledge and experienced application of workplace legislation and industrial relations Resilient and pro-active approach with well-developed problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects to drive continuous improvement Flexible to work with day-to-day people matters and operations, including the completion of the necessary administration Additionally, a passion for sustainability and a willingness to embrace innovation are key attributes that will set you up for success in this role.
