We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Scoresby. Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can shape a positive company culture and drive success? Are you an expert in HR practices with a strategic mindset?
In this role, you will play a key role in: Providing high-level, timely, and professional HR advice to management on all people and cultural matters. This includes advising on recruitment strategies, performance management, employee relations, change management, and more. You'll be a trusted partner to managers, helping them navigate complex HR issues and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.Supporting the development and implementation of strategic HR plans aligned with the business direction. You'll work closely with senior leadership to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies. This may involve developing programs to attract and retain top talent, improve employee engagement, or support organisational development initiatives.Championing the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing a seamless onboarding process that helps new hires integrate quickly and feel valued. Additionally, you'll manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring all procedures are followed and exit interviews are conducted.Managing the talent acquisition process, attracting top talent and fostering a collaborative work environment. You'll source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions. This includes developing job descriptions, crafting compelling recruitment materials, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify the best fit for each role. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a positive employer brand and attracting strong candidates through various channels.Developing and maintaining a comprehensive HR policy and procedure framework, ensuring legal compliance. You'll stay up-to-date on all relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring our HR policies and procedures are compliant. This may involve reviewing existing policies, drafting new ones, and conducting regular audits to ensure adherence.Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll collaborate with managers across all departments, providing HR expertise and guidance.
